Listed below are the various variants and house rules that game masters use in their games. These variants are not standard to the campaign, but game masters are free to use whatever house rules they like.

Game masters are encouraged to add their own variants to the list.

Variants by Type

Fall Damage as an Attack - substantially more lethal (and realistic) falling damage that ramps up based on distance.
Saving Throws as an Attack - saving throws are an attack repeated by the attacker.
Soft Crits - critical hits are more common, but less powerful in general.
